Riverfront Parks

Parks along the Ohio River are a crown jewel of Cincinnati, enhanced by the contribution of George Stewart and The Sawyer Place Company.

1. Sawyer Point Park: In 1987, George Stewart and The Sawyer Place Company spearheaded and financed removal of the Louisville and Nashville (L&N) Railroad trestle/viaduct from the entrance to Sawyer Point Park, enhancing access to the park and views throughout the park.

2. Theodore M. Berry International Friendship Park: The Sawyer Place Company’s role in creating this welcoming riverfront park started from the ground up. Throughout construction TSPC provided construction access for heavy equipment and accepted the fill dirt from evacuation work. Visitors enjoy easy access to the park from Riverside Drive courtesy of rent-free easements over Fulton Railroad, LLC’s tracks.
